Wedding Invite

If you do not foresee yourself attending the wedding, please reach out to the father of the groom or the father of the bride. You may also use our contact form to indicate “yes” or “no” if you would like to receive a formal wedding invitation. Formal invitations will be sent out three months prior to the wedding, and you will respond by RSVP at that time. Once you submit a “yes” RSVP, your attendance is expected, as we will need to provide a final head count. Hotel accommodations are available now on the travel page

When do I need to RSVP by?

RSVP by October 6, 2026. If we don't hear from you by this date, we will need to mark your response as "Not Attending." While we'll truly miss celebrating with you, it's important that we share our final guest count with our vendors by their deadline.

Can my children come?

This is an adults only ceremony and reception. As much as we love your little ones we ask that they remain at home or with a trusted loved one.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

The venue is both indoor and outdoor. Ceremony will be outdoors if weather permits. Reception will be indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Absolutely! We'll have a full bar serving unlimited drinks all night, including a variety of non-alcoholic options to enjoy as well.

Can I bring a guest or date?

Due to limited capacity, we're only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Our wedding dress code is Formal. Women should wear floor or knee length dresses and men wear a suit/tie. We also ask that guests avoid wearing white, cream, or our wedding party colors: olive green and burgundy. Guests wearing cream or white will be asked to leave. Please see the examples we've provided. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to the Bride or Groom.

What time should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and getting settled. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM, so please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM. To ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone, guests will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony has started and will need to wait until it concludes.

Are we allowed to bring our own liqour?

Please note that the venue does not permit any outside alcohol. Shots are not permitted to be served or brought into the venue to corispond with South Carolina's regulations. If you want to do so we ask you do this in private away from vendors and guests. Thank you for helping us stay in compliance and keep the celebration safe and enjoyable for everyone!

Is smoking allowed at the venue?

Yes! There is a desginated smoking area near the parking lot. We ask that you keep vapes away from vendors and other guests. Please do so privately.

What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?

If you have any special requests or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our wonderful wedding planner, Kayla, at (678) 330-7963. Our venue is inclusive and more than happy to help accommodate your needs!

What if I don't want to be photographed?

If you prefer not to be included in photos, please let the Bride or Groom know before the wedding day. While we would love for everyone to be part of our memories, we completely understand and respect your wishes.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

The photographer and videographer should be the only ones to take photos at this time. If you are found doing so you will be asked to put it away. If you do not obey after the first warning you will be asked to leave. Photos and videos are allowed during the reception.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted at the venue at any time. Please check the booking guidelines for the hotel offered for them to remain there.

When can I book my hotel?

Booking is available now on the travel page. Please book as soon as possible (we highly recommend booking 4-6 months in advance).

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

We will not have a shuttle. Hotels will be withing 15-20 minutes from the venue. We will be providing Uber credits with a set amount of money. These will be on a table at the reception and added to the website once it's complete. If you do not feel comfortable to drive or need assitance please let someone know. Check back prior to the wedding for more information on how to obtain.
